E-Mail Harvey Software with Support Questions
This form is
for current CPS Powered product users with questions to be directed to our
Customer Support department staff. This form is provided for CPS
Powered shippers that are unable to access the normal E-Mail Support
form found at the member only On-Line Support web site. To receive
this form you must a valid CPS Powered product Serial Number.
E-mail support is available for all CPS Powered products, Monday through
Thursday, from 9:30 am through 6:00 pm and Friday from 9:30 am through
4:00 pm, Eastern Time, excluding holidays.
When you submit your service request, it will be sent directly to our Customer Support Department
by e-mail. Be sure to include your name, serial number, e-mail address and
phone number in the fields provided to receive a prompt reply. Support
questions by e-mail are handled during our normal business hours in the order
received. Most replies during business days happen within 24 hours or less.
