FORT MYERS, FL -- Harvey Software announced today it has shipped the 2004
carrier rate, service and program update for its Computerized Parcel System
(CPS) parcel shipping software to all its customers. This update supports
the new rates, services and requirements announced by United Parcel Service
and FedEx that take place in January 2004. This update also adds a number of
shipment processing enhancements along with all the refinements incorporated
into CPS since its last annual update in January, 2003. This new version has
been automatically distributed to all registered, active CPS users.
"The 2004 update marks the 18th consecutive year that Harvey has delivered
updates for the carriers it supports on time," explained Bob Sansone,
Harvey's Sales Manager. "Our one price support agreement combines our
carrier rate and service updates, program upgrades and technical support
into one affordable package," Bob continued. "CPS users want us to make
their shipping easier and depend on us to meet all carrier shipping
requirements. From advanced shipping system technology enhancements to our
superb 'direct from the developer' technical support, this update will not
disappoint them," Bob stated.
Harvey Software's offices will be closed on New Year's Eve and New Year's
Day. Complete customer service and technical support will be available
during normal business hours starting January 2, 2004.
