FORT MYERS, FL - Harvey Software announced today it has enhanced the user help system provided in its best-selling Computerized Parcel System (CPS™) multiple carrier shipping software. Already using an advanced help model, the enhancements provide even easier navigation of help topics so CPS users can find answers faster, plus new content that includes links to shipping system printer drivers, on-line access to CPS users’ manuals and new printing features.

CPS help files are maintained on Harvey Software’s support site web server, so CPS users have immediate access to the latest help and technical support information available for CPS. The linchpin of the CPS advanced help model is the exclusive CPS Internet browser that is included with every CPS program. The CPS browser is the only way to access the CPS help system, providing a safe browsing experience since it cannot connect to any other Internet destination.
