What happens when I order?  After you have placed your order using Google Checkout you will be sent e-mails confirming your order from Google.  These will be followed by a final e-mail from Harvey Software giving product download information.  For this reason you must allow Google to send us your e-mail address at the time of your order.  Orders are processed promptly during normal business hours.
