"We wanted to drop you a note to let
you know how much we love your product and how much time it has
saved us. We also love SHIP eLERT, the feature of sending
an e-mail with every package that is sent. Our office staff
loves CPS because of the accounting department fields that allow
them to know what account to charge postage to and there is no more
guess work.
Before we started using CPS, we were shipping the old fashioned
way with UPS software and handwriting all of our USPS packages.
That was taking forever. Along with that, we were getting
more than 10 calls a day from customers asking, "Where's my package?
I ordered it 5 days ago!" We would have to search the computer,
search our written records, get the tracking numbers and tell the
customer the 17 or 20 digit number. Every time we would do this,
it would never fail, the customer would want us to track the package
and you know how long it would take to do this.
We started using CPS in March of this
year and we have shipped out over 1,500 packages with no problems.
We send an e-mail out to our customers with the tracking number,
a place to track it, and what was in the box along with the address
the package was going to, so if we have a shipping problem, we will
know right away. Now we are getting 1 or 2 calls a week requesting
information about our Airborne shipments and this could be remedied
with the integration Airborne Express with your software.
But for now, we are very happy and we can spend more time selling
parts from our website that receives over 350 e-mails a day for
people looking for parts, not their packages!"
