The 60 day money back guarantee is only available on our premier
shipping product, CPS Platinum, because we know that to maximize savings
you will need the power of a complete multi-carrier shipping system.
Note: The 30 and 60
day money back guarantee may not be available when CPS is purchased from
third-party vendors and/or business partners. The guidelines to receive
a refund for a product directly purchased from Harvey Software are as
follows:

CPS Basics, CPS Silver, and CPS Gold refunds may be applied for within 30 days of
the purchase date. No
refunds after 30 days of purchase.

CPS Platinum refunds may be applied for within 60 days of the purchase
date. No refunds after 60 days of purchase.

You must provide a copy of a Proof of Purchase (copy of original sales
receipt, e-mail order confirmation, credit card statement, or canceled
check).

You must provide complete contact information, street address, city,
state, postal code, telephone number, product serial number and e-mail
address.

You must uninstall the software product from your computer and any
storage devices, and delete any backup copies.

 |
You must delete and destroy all related media and manuals.
|
 |
You must include a brief statement as to why you want to return the
product for a refund.

Refunds are not available for annual service agreements, enterprise
systems, custom
programming, custom rate tables, custom labels, multiple system
purchases and/or additional cost optional modules.

All validated refund requests will be processed within 2 weeks of the
receipt of the required information by Harvey Software. Failure to
include all the required information may result in a denial of your
request or a delay in the processing of your refund.
Web orders are processed automatically, so you will be able to download
and start using the product immediately. Phone orders are handled in a
similar manner. Any items that need to be shipped will be sent within 1
to 2 business days of the order. An order confirmation will be sent to
you by e-mail upon completion of your order. All charge cards are
charged at the time the download e-mail is sent and/or any purchased
products are shipped. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you at
the time of shipping. All prices include standard shipping. All other
shipping costs are extra.
